Delivery Policy

1. A fully digital service

SkillTrekk is a digital learning platform. There is no physical product and no shipping. Everything — interactive notes, Quick Revision videos, audio notes, MCQ tests, planners and the AI study guide — is delivered electronically inside the app.

2. How you receive access

On successful payment, your plan is activated on your account immediately (typically within a minute). You use it by signing in at skilltrekk.in on any device — nothing is posted or couriered.

3. If access doesn't appear

If your plan isn't active shortly after a successful payment, email [email protected] or call 9915251199 with your Member ID and payment reference, and we'll activate it quickly. Genuine payment-without-access cases are also covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
