Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, course/group/attempt, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Study activity: MCQ attempts and scores, chapter mastery, planner inputs and daily logs, AI study guide usage — to run your dashboard, Climb, PTC and leaderboard.
• AI study guide content: the questions you type, sent to our third-party AI provider to generate answers.
• Payment data: processed by our authorised payment partner. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser, and cookies needed to keep you logged in and secure.

2. How we use it

To provide and personalise the service; operate the learning tools; process payments and memberships; secure the Platform and prevent abuse; provide support; and send service-related messages. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies (login/session and security/CSRF). We do not use them to track you across other sites.

4. Who we share with

• Our authorised payment partner — payment processing
• Hosting provider and Cloudflare — to run and protect the Platform
• AI provider (Anthropic / Claude) — to answer AI study guide questions
• Authorities, where required by law.

5. AI study guide notice

Questions you submit to the AI study guide are processed by a third-party AI service to generate a response. Do not enter personal, financial, or confidential information. We store usage metrics, not a permanent transcript, unless needed for support or abuse-prevention.

6. Children

If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must consent and supervise your use. We collect only what is needed to provide the service.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS, CSRF protection, access controls, and per-user watermarking of Content. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us (subject to legal/accounting retention).

10. Grievance Officer

As required under Indian law, our Grievance Officer is The Grievance Officer, reachable at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy; the effective date will change and material updates will be notified on the Platform.
