Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & minors

The Platform is for CA students and aspirants. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• Registration details must be true and current; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Keep your login confidential; do not share, sell, or let others use your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend duplicate or shared accounts.

4. Memberships, plans & fees

• We offer a free member tier and paid plans as shown on the Platform at the time of purchase.
• Plan inclusions, prices and validity are as displayed at purchase and may change prospectively.
• Payments are processed by our authorised payment partner; we do not store your card/bank details. Taxes apply as per law.

5. Content & intellectual property

• All content — interactive notes, charts, Quick Revision videos, audio notes, MCQs, planners, software, designs and marks ("Content") — is owned by or licensed to iwalkedearth (I.WE) and protected by law.
• Content is for your personal exam preparation only. Each page is invisibly watermarked and traceable to your account.
• You must not download, copy, print, screenshot, screen-record, photograph, scrape, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, or share the Content, in whole or part, by any means.
• "SkillTrekk" and "I.WE / iwalkedearth" names and logos may not be used without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You will not bypass access controls, watermarks or copy-protection; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform; upload unlawful or infringing material; or misuse the AI study guide to extract or redistribute Content. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7. AI study guide

The AI study guide is a study aid that generates answers using a third-party AI service. Responses may be imperfect and are not professional, legal, or tax advice. Do not enter personal or confidential information. Usage is metered and subject to plan limits.

8. No guarantee of results

The Platform is a study aid. Examination results depend on your own effort and other factors. We do not promise any specific score, rank, or outcome.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (including Content misuse), with or without notice. Fees already paid are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform and Content are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify iwalkedearth (I.WE) against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Content.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date will change and material updates will be notified on the Platform. Continued use means acceptance.
